If you forget your password, click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. This will send us a message to reset your password. If you do not hear back from us, you may use the contact form to check on your request.
Membership vs. Subscriptions
When you sign up, you selected a subscription that allows you full access to the Marketplace. If that subscription expires, you still have a membership but no access. You don’t have to sign up again, just renew or purchase a new subscription.
If you wish to cancel a recurring subscription or do not want to continue after your trial, please use the contact form to let us know.
When you are logged in, you will see the tab “My Account.” Under this you may choose “Subscription,” “Profile,” or “My Listings.”
Before you place a listing, you must complete the required fields of your profile.
Look for the “i” icons to explain field entries.
For flexibility, there are three areas where you may input addresses.
- Main address
- Delivery address if different from main
- Pinned locations. You may add up to three pinned locations and these can be repeated from the main and/or delivery address. For instance, if you want to show your address where your purchases should be delivered; you would set that as Pin 1. If you also are offering land for rent, you may add that general address to Pin 2.
NOP ID and Certifier
To properly vet members, we ask that you provide your NOP ID and the name of your certifier. When viewing member profiles, the NOP ID will link to the user’s page in the Organic Integrity Database.
If you want to appear on the Member Map, you must add a pinned location to your Profile using the map tool to help find lat/long values.
You may add up to three pinned locations and these can be repeated from the main and/or delivery address.
For instance, if you want to show your address where your purchases should be delivered; you would set that as Pin 1. If you also are offering land for rent, you may add that general address to Pin 2.
With Marketplace, there are a number of ways to find organic product, farmland or farmers.
- Browse: Selecting “Browse all Listings” from under the Marketplace menu to see all categories on Marketplace.
- Quick Search: At the top of the “Browse all Listings” page is a keyword search form.
- Advanced Search: Under the “Find Listings” button click on “Advanced Search”. On this form you can search by ZIP code and a distance.
Click on the listing name to see more information.
Add a Listing
If you have not completed the necessary elements of your profile, you will not be able to place an ad listing.
The multi-stage form will walk you through placing an organic listing. Some fields will auto-populate from your profile page.
If you are placing an ad for crops, the form will ask you for applicable information such as moisture content. If you are offering livestock you will be asked for a harvest date, etc. And when looking for a farmer or land, you’ll be asked about acreage.
This large area is for any information you want to add that is not on the form.
You are requested to upload any certification for your product/land. Please check the box for what you are uploading. At the bottom of the form is a spot to upload files and product images.
You must agree to the Ad Listing Terms on the profile page in order to place your item.
Once you have placed a listing, a team member will review and approve the listing or contact you for more information.
Editing a Listing
If you need to edit a listing, you can pull up the listing and click “Edit Ad” (found at the bottom of the page). On this page you may also now choose to delete the listing or mark it as Sold, which adds a red “Sold” badge to the image on both the listing page and ad page.
